A dark, strange creature with it’s hair (I think? I forgot lol) acting as a tail as it sweeps through areas. It’s meant to look odd and somewhat familiar. He was an edit of the first character on the “Evil” charsheet.

Take a close look and you’ll notice most of the sprite is just flipped from other portions of it. I didn’t have much time when I created this one, he was just for a sub-area, but it seems to go over well.

You might want to edit the bottom frames or insert a little more animation into the Wind Wraith’s movement if you don’t like his floating.
