Action Game Maker trial released
No new resources today, we’re busy - going to be playing with this! Enterbrain’s japanese Famitsu site has been updated with a surprise Action Game Maker trial program. You can download it here.
Requires: DirectX 9.0c, .NET Framework 2.0 SP1.
It will try to connect to the internet. The Action game maker trial by Enterbrain enforces the following limitations: 20 canvases, 100 gadgets, limited amount of readable data (text?), limited saves.
New images, background music/BGM, and sound effects cannot be added to the AGM trial. There are limits in the “New Game Wizard” - can only select simple action, simple action RPG, and simple shooter.
These AGM wizards are also somewhat crippled. Games cannot be exported/saved. The action game maker editor configuration settings can’t be saved either. Are you looking forward to using Action Game Maker to make any games? How do you feel about AGM now that you’ve tried the trial version?

It’s hard to disagree with you axe, I was a bit disappointed trying out the action game maker trial. Hopefully the real english action game maker is a lot better presented than trying to figure out the japanese version :)
