Rpg Maker XP Resources
It’s a little slow here lately as I’m sure people following our daily resource updates have seen… we’ve been contemplating a change. We believe Rpg Maker VX represents a step back, and so we’re going to go back to making RMXP resources. Sandgolem had a blog like this one for Rpg Maker XP resources before RMVX was released. He wasn’t big on posting graphics for it though, mostly Rpg Maker XP Scripts.
His most popular resource confused us all: The Rpg Maker XP zombie battler monster, without hair on his arms. That was still the record holder for RMXP downloads when the gamebaker site got hacked I think. Most of the others all got uploaded all over the internet with credits removed. I’m still surprised that hasn’t happened too often with our resources on this blog.
Anyways… we’re all sick of the ultra cute graphics from the RMVX RTP and going back to posting Rpg Maker XP resources here instead. You’ll still be able to use most of them in your RMVX games though with a little fiddling around. Happy rpg making!

I think you should work on both, not say “Right Im doing XP now, never to even look at the two letter V and X in any context again!”
Sure XP has better looks, but script wise, VX is a hell of alot easer to use, so why not do both. Oh and how is “Were thinking about changing” an exused to stop doing daily posts, I know you do it out of your own time, but you are still making hollow promices
Lastly, If this is a april fools, your annoying everyone, XP fans because they are saying “YEY, its changing to XP, wait its april fools :(” and VX fans because your pretending to stop it!

I talked to him on msn. Sg (blog writer admin) will be coming back to update us all soon. Yes, it was a joke! He wanted to make this an enterbrain or Arshes Aluxes fanpage instead but didnt have the time

No need to be worried folks! I’m sure you’ll find our new RpgMaker XP resources just as useful in RMVX - they’ll be the same types we’ve been posting all this time :)
